After getting tired of his Lexus, my cousin Joe decided he would buy his “within reach” dream car, an Audi A6. He searched through offers and ads for used A6s and eventually found one that was significantly a better offer than the rest. The A6 at this Las Vegas dealership was cheaper than most of the other options he found, and this one even had some sport upgrades; because of this, Joe knew that this was the car for him. In the spring of 2012, Mazda and Alfa Romeo announced their plans at a partnership with a rear-wheel-drive roadster that was to be based off of Mazda’s MX-5. Earlier this year, claims that Alfa Romeo was backing out of this partnership began to spring up; these reports claimed that, in the project, Alfa would be replaced by one of its sister companies, specifically Fiat or Fiat-Abarth. Those that assumed the latter were correct.

Williams Racing – Engineer of the Future Award
Williams, along with Haymarket Specialist Media/AUTOSPORT, developed a new award program that champions engineering students with a passion for motorsport. The award, called the “Engineer of the Future Award,” selects the strongest and most passionate candidate from a select handful of the most prestigious engineering universities in the UK. Even though the title of “engineer of the future” would be enough, the award is much more than just a piece of paper and a title.
